Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 12 candles per order. This allows businesses to start with a small batch while ensuring high-quality, handcrafted production.
Can I customize my own label, or do you provide label design services?
Yes, you can provide your own label! While we do not design labels, we can apply your custom labels to the candles. You can also choose our simple private label option for a clean, minimalist look.
What fragrance options do you offer?
We offer a wide range of premium fragrance oils, including floral, woody, fresh, and seasonal scents.
How do I choose my lid color?
We offer lids in Gold, Rose Gold, White Matte, Black Matte, Silver, and Bamboo. Please add a note at checkout specifying which lids you would like included with your order. If no note is added, lids will be selected at random.
What types of wax do you use?
We use Coconut Soy Wax, which provides a clean burn, excellent scent throw, and is vegan and eco-friendly.
Do you offer custom candle scents?
No, we do not create custom scents. Customers must choose from our existing fragrance selection.
